CONDITIONS

When your booking is confirmed an advance payment of aprox. 25% of our quoted price will become due. Advance payments are non-refundable and payable by cheque (payable to Phoenix Entertainments) or cash. The balance is due 30 days before commencement of the entertainment. Cancellations must be received 30 days before the entertainment date. Full payment is due if cancelled late. Customer is responsible for any damage sustained whilst at the venue. If this is a provisional booking we will hold the dates you require for 7 days from sending you our confirmation pending receipt of the advance fee. After this we cannot gaurantee to hold the required dates free.
